Aztech Labs Washington Galaxy Driver. This is the hard to find FULL Duplex drivers (AZT2316R)for the Washington Galaxy sound card popular in 1995 model Packard Bell 40x series computers. There are newer dated drivers on the Win98 CD but you lose the Full Duplex capabilities if you install them. Extract to a floppy and change drivers from the Device Manager.
