Creative Labs Ensoniq PCI Driver. This file (EAPCI4M.ECW) is one of the three waveset files omitted from the Creative Labs Ensoniq PCI sound card install routine. I found them on a Sound Blaster PCI 128 CD. Install it and the other two in the SYSTEM subdirectory.
