Behavior Tech Computer ESS1868 Driver. Installed it on NT4 by going to Cont.Pnl, Multimedia Icon. Go to Audio Devices, and expand it and/or hit "Add" at the bottom, and hit OK a few times and reboot.
File Contents: I got it on my Third try.
