Creative Labs CT1330A Rev 6 Driver. Disks 1 and 2 of the installation disks. Each disk is the older 720K. Originally designed for Windows 3.0 installation as well as MS-DOS. Amazingly, this is also compatible with Windows 95 and identified as a Sound Blaster 1.5 version sound card.
