OK, if you are like me you have found this driver, however it will keep twlling you it is looking for the file cm8330.sys and cm8330sb.sys. Well I got tired of it and found ALL the files, and put them together in this single download. Also works with PC Chips M571L integrated sound. Good Luck, you will finnally get to stop looking for the driver for your sound card!!
