This is a sound card and FDD/HDD controller that I had a difficult time trying to find a driver for. Most of the ones with these ID numbers use the Diamond chipset this is for the OPTi 82C931 chipset. It's the only one I've found that works for my card. Had to go to a German site to get it. If your card ID's itself as an "OPTi 16" sound card, this is the driver for you. Have fun!
