Newcom OPTi 929 Sound System: Sound/Game/Mitsumi Newer Single Speed Driver. if you have a Newcom OPTI HIFI 16i sound card,(which uses an Opti 82c929 chip set), this is the installation program ,it includes Dos, Windows 3.1X, Windows95 and all Cd-ROM drivers. Also you can find the Dos drivers at the OPTI Comp. Home page. (82c929 model chip ) but if you lost the Windows drivers the hifi240d.exe is the only way to get them. In windows 95 When the computer is turned on it will recognize the CD-ROM drive and install the proper driver in the Windows 95 environment.
