There are two other zip files that go with this one, Eeprom.zip and Win_nt40.zip. You should first extract Med3931.zip to a folder you create as Med3931 and then create new folders within Med3931 named Eeprom and Win_nt40 and then extract the other two zip files to their respective folders. Read the Readme.txt file in the Med3931 folder for installation instructions for both Win3.11 and Win95. These drivers may also work for Win98.
