The file is self extracting.

Use add new Hardware from the Control Panel

Select Add/Troubleshoot a device - next

Select add new device - next

Select No I want to select the hardware from a list - next

Select Sound Video and Game Controllers - next

Select Have disk

Browse to c \NECUTILS\INSTALL\SOUND - or were you changed the extract path to.

Select the file A1.inf and click Ok

Select ESS Allegro PCI Audio (WDM)

Then next next etc.

That should do it!
