This driver is a little tricky. Use the exe to unzip the file to a directory of your choice. Then you must use the Add new hardware wizard to install the driver correctly. Search for the best driver for my hardware(or whatever that is) and point it to the directory that you have the driver files in. I got found this file at the HP website, under drivers and searched for Pavilion 8860.
