This is an install disk for win 3.x all the way up thru the NT Operating system(s). The foreign language install files are not on this disk -- only english. The OPL3 Yamaha chip is used in many different sound cards and it is used by many different board manufacturers.
If your sound card is detected by your operating system and remarks of it as an OPL3 type of card then one of the[ .inf ]file(s)for your particular operating system should be found on this install disk and should work as a driver for your card.
