Double click to self extract, then in the Disk1 folder, double click on the icon called "install", and follow the prompts. I have tried lots of other drivers for this yamaha soundcard that it have...it is a YMF701-S, and this is the original driver that came on disk. It works fine now. I had lots of problems with other drivers that were supposed to be for OPL3-SA type soundcards...the one on the Yamaha site didn't work!
