This is the driver for Chameleon combo audio/modem card. The audio is the Master Riptide and the modem is the HSF Conexant modem. Execute the file. Then unzip the "10256501" file to a temp location. From this temp location open the windows folder and copy the contents of the INF and OPTIONS folders to the same folders in the C \WINDOWS folder. Then remove the unknown audio and communication devices from device manager. Then reboot. When prompted during the hardware detection browse to the \WINDOWS\OPTIONS folder for the drivers. The rest is a piece of cake.
